Documental de veinte minutos sobre la historia social de Jaffa, Palestina, antes de 1948. Ciudad rica, diversa y cosmopolita donde musulmanes, cristianos y judíos vivían juntos, una ciudad considerada como “la novia del mar”, que fue hogar de las historias de la familia de la realizadora ahora recreadas con metraje de archivo pocas veces visto y álbumes de fotos de familia de la época.

Twenty minute documentary on the social history of Yaffa, Palestine, prior to 1948. This rich, diverse cosmopolitan city where Muslims, Christians and Jews lived together, a city considered the «bride of the sea,» was home to the stories told by the filmmakerís family, and recreated by rarely seen archival footage and the families photo albums of that time.
Awards: Films of Conflict and Resolution at the Hamptons International Film Festival 2000.
