Se cuenta la historia de M, un director palestino exiliado en Europa que actualmente está rodando un documental basado en testimonios reales sobre la expulsión de palestinos de su tierra natal en 1948. Un viaje que le lleva a las profundidades de su ciudad mítica, Nazaret, forzándolo a redescubrir su mundo interior, donde la nostalgia del pasado entra en conflicto con su fuerte deseo de un futuro libre de ese pasado (Sindibad).

M is a Palestinian filmmaker living in a European country. M is working in Palestine on a documentary based on eyewitness accounts of the 1948 expulsion of Palestinians from their homeland. A journey which drives him into the depths of his mythical town, Nazareth, and forces him to rediscover his inner world where nostalgia for the past is in conflict with a strong desire for a future free of that past (Sindibad).
